Appearing in the June 1804 The Lady’s Monthly Museum, these two gowns have the usual silhouette of Regency era gowns, with their princess waists and trimmed edged. I am a bit befuddled by the habit shirt over a long sleeve gown, but the jaunty yellow hat is marvelous.
