Regency Hot Spots: Public Recreations in Paris

I came across this article in the February 1806 edition of La Belle Assemblee, and thought it was the perfect snapshot of Paris “hot spots” in the era of Regency. Obviously, the Napoleonic Wars impacted travel a bit (and you will see mention of Napoleon in the text).
